She seems nice but is wearing too many busy layers and with the jewelry added, it sort of cheapens the look. I'm not a fan of grey and brown being mixed, it ends up looking really dirty together especially for "worn" or "distressed" fabrics like those jeans. I noticed some other small things that were off but I won't list them because I prefer a mix of crisp with the distressed and not so much pattern. A careful mix of those subtleties are what set good designer looks apart from art-school looks. Unless that is what you are going for, I'm not referring directly to her as much as the concept of mixing. I love her earrings and the shrug and some of the pieces individually.
