Los Angeles Her personal style: "Feminine with a splash of sophistication and sex appeal served over the latest trends."
Fashion influences: Everything from other bloggers to artwork to her surroundings. "I find myself dressing differently when I leave Los Angeles and visit other locations. It's fun to switch things up."
Who, in today's world, she predicts will gain fashion-icon status: Chanel Iman. "She's become a household name, but I predict she's just going to become bigger and bigger. I miss the supers of the 80s and 90s, so it's nice to see a young model that has the same passion and drive as Cindy, Linda, Claudia and Naomi."
Top daily reads: My Style, Red Carpet Fashion Awards, People Style Watch
Dream fashion meet: Anna Wintour. "Because she IS the fashion industry."
Top online shops: "I always wait until Saks has their huge sales and stock up on everything I’ve been coveting online. I'm also a big fan of Shopbop."
Fave real-world shopping: "Last year I got into to the whole vintage thing; and even if I don’t buy anything, I have a blast shopping at thrift stores. I bought this gorgeous Mad Men style dress at Squaresville for only $15 just a few months ago. I also love shopping at Karen Millen."
Longs to own: An Hermes Birkin bag. “It's such a classic and I'd cherish it for years."
Wardrobe essentials: "A necklace my mother made for me on my 21st birthday using the diamond from the engagement ring my father gave her--he passed away when I was younger; my grandfather’s gold watch with brown leather straps, because I have great memories of him wearing it when I would spend time with him in Florida; and my turquoise Manolo Blahnik d’Orsdays. They were one of the first pair of high-end designer shoes I bought."
Beauty buys: Rosebud Salve to keep lips moisturized; L'Oreal Voluminous mascara; and Bare Escentuals bronzer
Top scent: “Recently I've been obsessed with Marc Jacobs Daisy."
Green efforts: "I always try to support eco-friendly designers. My current fave is Melissa shoes, which makes footwear recycled from plastic. The Vivienne Westwood for Melissa collection is incredibly cool and unique."
