"A necklace my mother made for me on my 21st birthday using the diamond from the engagement ring my father gave her--he passed away when I was younger; my grandfather’s gold watch with brown leather straps, because I have great memories of him wearing it when I would spend time with him in Florida; and my turquoise Manolo Blahnik d’Orsdays. They were one of the first pair of high-end designer shoes I bought."
