Advice he'd give to anyone entering his field: “Work hard and be nice! It is a small world, and what you put out there will come back to you.”

Single most important element in any room: Color. “It will set the tone and feel for a space, so you must decide what color you want to use first.”

Quickest way to change a room: With accessories. “Add new pillows, books, a tray used as a bar, a fabulous throw or an amazing glass vase.”
