How she'd describe her style: Elegant and eclectic
Look she'll be sporting for spring: Super easy and casual. "A great pair of camel wide-leg trousers, Marni tribal-inspired, woven leather, 5-inch platform sandals, Isabel Marant classic white t-shirt, and a floral-print, wispy weight cashmere scarf from CashmereRed. I'll finish off with an Anya Hindmarch Handsfree bag, just the right size for my cell, lipstick, credit card stack and keys."
Onland: “Sucre for amazing accessories in NYC and Restir in Tokyo for the baddest-ass fashion imaginable, plus the best-looking and most stylish staff on the planet.”
Social network of choice: FacePlace
Beauty buys: Anything by Clarins, Shiseido and Laura Mercier lipstick, MAC eyeliner in Smolder and YSL mascara
Free-time fun: Hiking. "At 14 I climbed Mount Rainier in Washington and hiked in Nepal for a summer. Now I'm far less adventurous and have regressed from tackling mountain ridges to reading in bed."
Music she grooves to: Led Zeppelin, Talking Heads, Fela Kuti, LCD Soundsystem, The Police, Yeasayer, Modest Mouse and Cee Lo
Fave restaurant: "Mermaid Inn for a date, Cafe Cluny for dinner at the bar with a friend, Mogador for brunch every weekend, Piadina for big dinners with a group of boisterous people."
Green efforts: “Everything we produce at Lulu Frost is made with recycled elements--we are resurrecting long-lost treasures from decades past and breathing new life into them every day; I also walk everywhere; and I am a member of Riverkeeper and work to support keeping the Hudson and other vital waterways clean.”
Charity she supports: “I sponsor two delightful children through two agencies, Plan USA and Children International. I support a young boy in Nepal and a little girl in India and hope to meet them both someday.”
